  2. If needed, contact Travel Assistance Services.
  3. Sign up for your Member Portal.
  4. If needed, submit a claim with supporting documentation.
    • Let our claims team assess your situation.
    • Wait for a determination of your claim.
    • Disbursement of any eligible benefits.
